Taggiasca olives

Originating from the province of imperia and, particularly, from the city of Taggia, from which they take their name. They have a slighlty bitter taste and can be used in the most varied ways. They can be served alone as appetizer or as a precious seasoning for first or second courses. This olive is used as an ingredient for first and second courses, especially for those based on fish.
