Wild baby artichokes

Small artichokes of Italian origin, very delicious.

It is a variety that grows in May / June, when artichokes cannot grow due to the warm season, thereby keeping small dimensions and softness. It is a really delicious variety for its size, taste and quality, indeed Ortoconserviera Cameranense produces them in extra virgin olive oil. Delicate, soft and tasty, they are perfect as appetizer, or as seasoning for rice and pasta salads.
